i have a geforce 4 ti4200 and geforce mx440-SE both 64mbs and i have the mx440 hooked up to my TV and my 4200 to my monitor i have winxp pro how can i make it clone it self and display the desktop on the tv and not with extend
 
Right click on your desktop, then click 'Properties'. Click 'settings', click the 'monitor' that is acting as your TV, and uncheck the 'extend my Windows...' box for it. Reboot, and it should be a clone of your desktop, and not an extension.

I don't understand though.. can't you support BOTH your TV and a monitor with the AGP Nvidia? Pluging in a 2nd card just to clone to your TV seems like a waste of resources.
 
im using TV out on the PCI card because i dont have a TV with S-Video
