I have 2x 2oomm top and front fans with a rear 120 45 cfm exhaust
being a fanaholic I want more
case 1 add a 100 cfm exhaust
cas2 add a 100 cfm exhaust and a spot cooler on nb
case 3 spend a lot replace side panel with haf 912 add a 140 100 cfm intake fan
is this overkill I am running at stoc
 
look into positive pressure, you might actually want to lessen the number of fans you have and setup up your cooling to achieve greater flow and positive pressure to keep dust out and such
 
If everything is stock you don't need more fans...like said above look into positive pressure.

That sounds like massive overkill on ANY stock setup! Listen to what everyone says about the positive pressure, which you probably already have with those 200mm intake fans. Also, consider that most 100 cfm fans might drive you crazy with noise!

LOL.. that's what I get for not asking enough questions... I have owned some sick Delta's in the past.. we can get that PC to fly... literally...

First that already sounds like overkill for a stock setup. Second, you should explain how you have those fans setup. Are both the 200mm fans intake fans? Also you should list the specifications for the fans, that would help as well. How many RPMs are you running them at and what is the listed CFM for those RPMs?

So you have 1 200mm fan intaking from the front, then you have 1 200mm fan exhausting through the top, and then 1 120 exhausting out the back? Sounds like a lot of negative pressure in your case.
