2.1 Speaker system

Hello all.

I think I need a cheap speaker system to have at least some form of louder sound output for my PC. Will be on my headset for most of the time, but I find that I need speakers too. Am running onboard sound off my H67, if this is important.

Thinking of a 2.1 setup costing around but preferably less than $50 (converted).

Would like your opinion on the following items available at the local store:

Edifier M1385 - $42
Edifier MP300 Plus - $58
Logitech Z103 - $19
Logitech Z313 - $34
Logitech Z323 - $51
Altec Lansing BXR 1221 - $32

Also, do you guys have any suggestions for models I should be on the lookout for? But barring that (assuming it isn't available in my country), opinions on the best bang:buck speaker listed here?

dont bother with 2.1, just get 2 speakers instead.

Yeah... at your budget I'd lean pretty heavily toward 2.0. Anything you get in that pricerange with a sub is going to have one terrible piece of crap sub with it.

So the cheap 2.1 subs suck?

Unfortunately the T10s are out of stock. T12s nowhere to be found. There are T20s, but out of my budget at 80$

Any other alternatives?

If not, I could just wait.

Honestly I would probably wait. Save up a little bit first and try and get something you're a little more sure you'll be happy with.
