1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming, hosting my personal website etc..

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
max $1300 with tax and shipping

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
U.S. Massachusetts (Boston)

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Case, Motherboard, Graphics Card, Power Supply, Processor, SSD, RAM, Blu-Ray/DVD reader/burner

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
I won't be using anything from my old computer

6) Will you be overclocking?
to be honest I really don't know the advantages and disadvantages for overclocking

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
I have 42' HDTV 1920x1080, but eventually I might end up doing triple-monitor setup

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
probably within 2 months

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
I'm thinking of buying ASUS Crosshair V Formula AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Gaming Motherboard with 3-Way SLI/CrossFireX Support and UEFI BIOS

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
I get my licenses from MSDN and I'm currently using Windows 7 Pro 64bit

and finally these are the parts I was thinking about:

What do you think about this build?

can you guys recommend me better graphic cards with price max at $400 and I'm still trying to find what RAM and SSD to get I'm thinking of getting 16GB RAM and 128GB SSD

I think you will find for that price most will try and suggest a 2500k over amd at this point.

Id say swap the mobo for 1155 flavor
Get g.skill DDR-1333 2x4gb
128gb crucial m4
Prob coul back Down your psu to a 650/700
I'd suggest getting an msi twin frozr II 6950 2gb, as they have a good success rate of unlocking to 6970, I don't know how well the Asus does tbh.

Sorry if it's a mess my son is crawling on me and I'm on iphone

Unless you have a strong personal preference for AMD, it is really hard to justify a Bulldozer build over an Intel build right now. An i5-2500K (or 2600K if you do multi-threaded things) coupled with a mid-range ($125-175) Z68 motherboard will outperform the Bulldozer build in almost all games and other applications, and do it with lower power consumption to boot.

The 6950 is a good card for 1080p, and the Crucial M4 is pretty much the go-to SSD right now.

as I can see that everyone is suggesting INTEL over AMD.. why is that?

I mean is amd really that bad?

The intel is just that good. Bulldozer was a big flop. It's not a bad CPU. It's just bad for its price/power consumption.

If you don't need hyper threading, stick to a 2500k. The 2700k is way to much for no gain.

Mobos, lots of good ones, what features do you need?

MSI Z68A-GD80 if you need 3 PCI-e slots for 3way sli. More options if you only want/need 2

ASUS P8Z68-V variant
