Which is better in a 754 mobo...1gb at 400ddr, or 1.5gb at 333ddr...since i cant run 3x512mb sticks in ddr400.

Currently 1GB is plenty for normal PC usage and you will benefit more from the DDR400 speeds than you will the extra 512MB of RAM. I would say though that some of the new games and applications that are coming out will start using more and more RAM and alot of us will need to upgrade to 1.5-2GB of RAM by next year possibly. Doom 3 is suppost to need 2GB of RAM for full eye candy at high resolutions.
