190.38 WHQL issue

Hey all!! Im having a weird problem with this latest set of drivers from NV. They install fine, run 3D Mark Vantage fine and such. The problem is that I have several user accounts on my computer. When switching accounts the desktop resolution will go to 640x480. On my account it will automatically correct itself after several seconds, but on another account it will not do this. If I try to do it manaually through NV control panel, the panel stops responding. Both accounts are Admin accounts.
I had this issue previously with the 186.18 WHQL set also, the 185.85 WHQL set works fine.
Any idea what may be the cause of this?? One guess I had is the new 3D vision garbage that NV added with the 186.18 driver set. I did notice Kaspersky is picking this up and marking it as "low restricted".

Is the account defaulting to a display resolution set in the control panel of Windows???

The resolution is set through the NV control panel, which is 1680x1050. When switching accounts it somehow goes to 640x480.
