19" S-IPS non-widescreen LCD recommendations?

I want a 19" LCD, 4::3 format with S-IPS or better panel.
I use for web browsing, office, photo editing and movies.
Any ideeas ?

That's not an IPS panel. It's TN I believe. 16.2m colors.

in my country viewsonic and nec is very hard to find.
LG, PHILIPS have one ?

I know you said you cant get a hold of NEC very easily but thats all i know off the top of my head, I will post other brands on monday.
