19 inch widescreens

seems very nice, but very cheap price...is that a bad thing?

Any 19incher widescreens out there that are better to look at ?

Personally, I think widescreen is undesirable at 19" and would look for 21" and higher for WS. If going for cheap, get a regular 19" screen with 1280x1024 res... There's more view-space.

my mom bought the westinghouse 19" widescreen that bestbuy had last week for $179 out the door and it is a really nice monitor. I like my sceptre 20.1" a little more because the black levels seem to be a little more true, but hers is really nice for the low price she paid for it.

Personally I would not buy a monitor with a TN panel with viewing angles that poor. That is an old panel and is not very good
