120mm fan MB header

Hey just got my xp120 and was wondering if it is safe to plug my 120mm panaflo into the motherboard header, it is only rated at .45 amps which seems pretty safe but I just want to make sure.

I personally wouldn't do it. I like to have my fans plugged directly into the PSU.
