$1000 build suggestions

Looking for some suggestions or expert opinions for my build.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming (FPS, MMOs)
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$1000 give or take..
3) Where do you live?
Iowa
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. Please be very specific.
CPU, RAM, PSU, GPU, MOBO, Optical Drive, Cooler
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

I'm going with a core i5 750, a Radeon 5850 and a Western Digital terabyte drive.

I still would appreciate some thoughts on the RAM, Motherboad, CPU Cooler and PSU.

PSU suggestion would depend on if you want a modular PSU or not
 
Modular would probably be good since my case has limited room. What about a cooler?
