what should i do? this is for my sig system:
a) save a bit more and get the new £200 water loop ive been planning for cpu and gfx.
b) get another 2gb ram.
c) save another £40 and get dual 36gb raptors.

Well the watercooling is fancy and Raptors are a waste of money so I would buy the RAM.
 
not YET, but its on the list of things to get. the watercooling isnt fancy, since i should be able to get better cpu clocks and a much higher gfx clock.
and why arent raptors worth it?

raptors are obviously faster than 7200rpm drives but many ppl. would agree that the price premiunm (or $ per gb of storage) just isn't worth it.

save the money and not buy anything as it seems that you already have a great rig :p
 
what i shouldve said is all the above upgrades will eventually come by q4 this year, but ive got enough to get one early.
basically as well as all that above ive got all this coming:
another 8800gtx (water),
q6600,
Tt toughpower 1200w,
and vista home premium x64.
but all the above can wait for price drops, whereas ddr2 and watercooling arent gonna change much in price :)
