dell t30

I am running into an issue with my Dell T30. I got some Samsung RAM (752368-081). It matches the compatibility specs of the Dell T30 yet I don't POST when using this RAM. I am not sure if because this is HP RAM that it won't work in a Dell? Outside of that I have no idea why this wouldn't work
