Well, I've got a 4th gen i7 4790k with 32GB of DDR3 RAM. MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Mobo and an MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming 8G GPU. I have a Corsair HX 850 Modular PSU. So I have $1,200 to spend. I'd like to get the i7 9700k, but I don't think I can afford it. I'm Ok with that since the 2nd choice is...
