Cannot copy Pro_seg5.swf XP PRO install HELP!

Help. I'm trying to install XP Pro. When I insert the cd it starts copying the files needed for the install, then at about 93% an error message comes up and says it cannot copy file name "pro_seg5.swf." Then it says press retry to retry the file which doesn't work, or skip to skip it. Well I press skip. Then it starts installings and after a minute it says it can't install because the file wasn't copied. Can anybody help?
 
Things to check:

1. Bad cd (will it work on another pc?)
2. Disk cables
3. Sketchy Ram
4. Remove any non-critical pci cards

I had the same problem with a different filename, turned out to be some type of incompatibility caused by an installed SoundBlaster card.

Bad ram can also cause this, many of the files have to be decompressed which is a pretty memory intensive operation.
