Facebook Launching A Yelp Killer?

It looks as though Facebook might be working on an unannounced tool that lets you search for services in your area, complete with user reviews.

Search Engine Land has learned about a new “Facebook Professional Services” area on Facebook, where the company appears to be taking direct aim at local search companies like Yelp and Google by offering listings of local businesses and services, complete with user reviews.
 
When I think of Yelp, I think of SodaSopa now. Gee thanks SouthPark! ;)
 
Isn't "Facebook Professional Services" and oxymoron?

Since I don't trust and will never use Facebook, this is just more worthless marketing.
