NASA's Virtual Reality Simulator

I have a DK2 since september last year, excellent piece of tech.

Bought a google cardboard yesterday... to show of the tech it does an amazingly good job; while there is a difference of immersion compared to the DK2, but to just demo the tech it's just awesome.

gave the cardboard to a colleague, told him he should watch his movies in a virtual cinema, he laughed it off, few hours later: "I'm totally going to do that"
now he's looking into a more sturdy solution.

DK2 and Gear VR are all fine and dandy for the techheads out there, but the average joe won't buy them; cardboard however... that one is way below the price limit for impulse buys, so it will definitely help people to convince how well done the current VR tech is AND tell them better exists in the form of DK2...

The joys of weightlessness, you can get away with strapping a laptop to your face.

I link the dongle looking thing connected to the side of it... converting it to all sorts of things maybe.
