Closed-loop (All-in-One) CPU water coolers seem to be a dime a dozen these days, but they’re far from identical to each other. Each cooler will serve its purpose, whether you’re cooling an HTPC or your monster gaming rig. AIO coolers become the ultimate cooling solution to those who want to toy with their system, or just cool it more efficiently than what air can, but don’t really want to mess around with building a custom water cooling loop.
Looks like the Corsair H105 beat it though, I bought the Nepton 280L based on this: http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2752&page=6 - my thoughts are, it keeps the cpu really cool and is mostly quiet. I have 7 fans total in my case (if you count psu and gpu), and can barely here any of them, so I'm pleased with it.
