A new survey released by J.D. Power has rated Apple and Samsung the most popular smartphones and highest in customer satisfaction ratings.

To complete the study, the research company interviewed 6,421 smartphone customers, who had owned their device less than one year, about performance, design, features, and how easy it was to use the device.

I guess it's a good contrast to the hundreds of anti apple trolls. Either way, who is really surprised by this? (They both make solid phones)
