despite thread crapper sssalright, id prefer new myself but it's not a bad deal.

I would wait the new one comes out next month.. with a 1080p screen.. not a bad deal for the 32gig though
Check your local craigslist.. Here where I am I see a few come here and there, very lightly used...
Most of the ones getting rid of there's is because they are big apple fans that thought they could make the switch. I've already flipped a few and kept the one I got for cheapest @ $100 16GB, still had plastic wrap on it.
IMO, Refurbished or buying one locally, it's the same shiet...
