$100 off and highly regarded as one of the most comfortable headphones around seems like a great deal.

These are closed back over the ear headphones and rank pretty good according to the reviews over at head-fi and cnet, plus the initial impressions discussed at inner-fidelity .

either-way, it is a good deal IMHO for closed back headphones that are comfy and have good overall sound
