[H]OT - Corsair cases 50% off (refurbed)

Very Hot

I'm a case addict and this is soooo tempting.
Shipping will be the deal breaker though.

Can anyone vouch for the quality of these referbs? Are these scratch and dents or do they look new to the eye?

If I wasn't holding out for the 900d on my new build, I'd be all over this... I was close to ordering a 650d and 800d, but $60 in shipping for the two killed it for me.

They're also charging tax in FL now. Wow.
$52 in shipping and taxes, which is half the cost of the 800D.

I've had two 800D's before, and they are similar to my current Cosmos.
Going to pass on this one, but great for those that need a quality case now.

The 800Ds come with USB 3.0 and SATA 6 Hot Swaps for those who want to know.

Anyone think that the 650D is a worthy upgrade to my current CoolerMaster 690 II?
Thanks

Figures, I was deciding between the 650D and Arc Midi R2 last week. Went with the Midi because of the price.

Debating if I should pick up an 800D or not. $140 shipped for me. No use for it now, but will I later...

I picked up the 800d, costs less than the asking price of the majority of people here selling the same thing lol

7 expansion slots kills it for me. If I got it, it would be to do a high end 2011 build when IB-E comes out.

Gaaaaaaah. 400R and 500R have less 140mm fan support than my 690 II Advanced and there's no external dock. But I want USB 3.0 support... Rabble rabble.

Oh well, I'll live for awhile with my current one.

Why didnt I see this earlier ... Probbly a good thing or an 800D would be on its way here right now ..

Looks like everything is OOS...I have dreamed of owning an 880D for so long..I could have offloaded my HAF932 advanced and swapped dirty cheap:(..

This was an insane price on an 800D. Almost made me one to pick one up just so I could have it for a future build. Or a 650T... Good thing everything is pretty much OOS now.

Would have gone for the 300R as a spare case, but cheapest shipping was $20....you can get a new one on amazon for close to what they were asking.

Many new versions of these cases are coming this year. Good way to clear the warehouse of RMA stock.

if this was 2 years ago the 800D looked like a good case. But the 900D and my FT-02 are just better cases IMHO.

Yes they are...

for double and triple the price.

The FT02 is still my favorite case to date.
Maybe my new CaseLabs will beat it in a few weeks.

Wow, this didn't last long at all. My Phantom has performed admirably and with some mods accommodates my watercooling loop perfectly. Only thing is that I've upgraded everything besides it. Oh, well I guess I get to keep the $150 or so I was gonna spend on the 800D. :D

It blows that it seems to only have lasted 5 hours or so. Still kinda bummed I missed out on such a hot deal and steal for any of those cases.

I haven't looked into the FT-02 surprisingly. The only Silverstone case I've owned was a TJ-07 that was a pleasure for watercooling. I see some potential for a 120.3 on the bottom of the FT-02. Is this correct?

I only like the 800d because it's one of the very few cases with a clear side panel.... and that is it... this is where all the other cases fail at. they all mount some ugly ass un-removable fan on the side that blocks everything.

if they have a stock HAFX with a completely clear side panel, i'd purchase it in a heartbeat.

While its not the only reason I agree, it is a HUGE one!!!...I have been thinking about doing a large, 85% side window on my HAF-932 Advanced..I have no need for the mesh side panel, and it still admits some noise despite some decent home made inserts I made for it..

300R compact is the only one in stock now. :(

For $35

Actually, I believe theres a special slim 3x180mm rad that is made for the FT-02 by magicool. I have seen some builds with that radiator and the FT-02 and they look amazing.
