What's the best way to configure the FOV settings? It's not set to standard PC FOV as far as I understand it.

So far I've been setting any games that I own to 90 degrees FOV but this one doesn't even go that far. Could anyone help me decipher what I'm looking at?
 
Thanks. I'll try it out & see if it doesn't hurt my eyes or get me queasy. :)
 
My friend decided to play it when he visited. Looked great after I used the calculator for 90 -> 59/47 :)
