DigiTimes, citing anonymous industry sources, claims that AMD is reshuffling company executives in China. According to the article, AMD had no comment on the rumor.

Seeing its performance still not able to pick up, and both market share and shipments both weaker than expected, AMD Greater China is reportedly to go through an executive reshuffle with vice president Le Jiaming said to have already resigned his post, while some executives in Taiwan may also resign after August, according to sources from the upstream supply chain.

I can only see this as a good thing. They need to get their shit in gear. It would be awesome to see true cpu competition again.

While AMD Continues to Fail hard... Intel continues to keep pounding them into paste.. they really need to do something or go the way of the dino.

Countless Under performing CPU's they bragged so heavily about.. yet lacked the back bone to do it shows as much that they dont have a clue.. or those in Office dont. Kind of sad really.... Competition will only bring down Intel's prices but when AMD Can't perform itself on anything in the CPU market... really pathetic. Get your shit in gear or get out the kitchen if the fires to great.

I think AMD is a lot better off then most people make them out to be. They may not be able to compete on the high-end desktop CPU space but in pretty much every other market AMD is competitive and that's also where the volume is.

Agreed. People just like to bash AMD here. They may not be doing great, but they are doing a hell of a lot better than people seem to think and portray.

Reason Intel lovers want to see AMD die is because they have the better mainstream and laptop setup. AMD's APU chips are a really the better all around performer.
