Those skinny wc tubes with red blood reminds me of an old psyche ward where there was some crazy doctor doing experiments.and butchering. Awesome build.
 
I normally don't like white cases but goddamn that's amazing. Love the "blood".
 
This is one of the cooler cases I've seen in a while. Is that blood bag the res? If so, nice touch.
 
A worthy mod for one of my favorite games of all time and I'm not even that big of a fang fan, don't tell my gf but sometimes the only reason I sit thru True Blood marathons with her is because of the boobie scenes, if only that show had half the plot and dialogue in this masterpiece of a game.
 
Awesome case for sure, must have taken this guy ages to complete it.

Very nice. If this thing was mine I would probably freak out everyday for the first week because I would think it's leaking.

Man, that's really fantastic. Not sure I would have put in the blood splatters everywhere, but otherwise it's perfect.
 
that rig is dying for something like the Sapphire PI-A9RX480 motherboard...
