According to DigiTimes' anonymous industry sources, Intel will launch its own brand Z77 motherboards on April 8th. There is even have a little chipset and CPU pricing info listed as well:

Intel is expected to announce Z77, H77, Z75 and B75 chipsets on April 8 with prices at US$48, US$43, US$40 and US$37, respectively and will launch Q77 at US$44 and Q75 at US$40 on May 13. As for CPUs, Intel will release its Ivy Bridge processors including Core i7-3770K on April 29 with models such as Core i5-3470, 3470S, 3475S, 3570 and 3570S set to release in early June. The new entry-level Core i3 and Pentium series are set to appear in August.

I still hate Intel's method of naming their CPUs. Their intent was to confuse, and they have succeeded.

 I haven't seen a decent cheap Intel mobo in forever. From what I can find, the unofficial benchmark says Z77 is pretty close to Z68, lagging only slightly. IF this is true, I'm jumping ships and getting an Intel Ivy Tusk.

This is confusing to me:

Core i5-3470, 3470S, 3475S, 3570 and 3570S

These are all i5, but what are the differences, and why?

Yeah it can be a little confusing with the suffixes and odd number scheme.

i5-3470 → 3.2GHz / 3.6GHz (turbo) | 77W TDP | HD 2500 IGP
i5-3470S → 2.9GHz / 3.6GHz (turbo) | 65W TDP | HD 2500 IGP
i5-3475S → 2.9GHz / 3.6GHz (turbo) | 65W TDP | HD 4000 IGP
i5-3570 → 3.4GHz / 3.8GHz (turbo) | 77W TDP | HD 2500 IGP

-S and -T have lower TDPs.
