Basically intel raid driver is causing massive DPC latency which inturn is causing Audio as well as total system "stutter".

Without it, my x58 i7 920 runs fine but at half the speed that I should get with my SSDs in raid 0.

Without intel RST: read/write is around 190mb/s, with it it's 490mb/s.

Have anyone inexperienced this on the intel raid chipset?

Thanks.

Try running the new raid drivers without the RST GUI. Just remove the RST from the system and reboot with the native (slower) 7 drivers. Then go to Intel's site and grab the new F6 10.8 RST drivers and extract them to your desktop. Make sure you look to grab the 32 or 64 bit from the site. Go into Device Manager, look under storage controllers, then find the Intel and right click-> Update. Point to the folder with the 10.8 drivers. Install and reboot.
