Heads up out there. Wikipedia is looking for good homes for its retiring fleet of servers. This is a good chance for any worthwhile organization in need of equipment to get servers free of charge. If you are a non-profit group, toss your name in the hat.

If you are interested, please provide information in your email to us: * Registered non-profit name and information.
* Information on the non-profit, their charter, mission and goals.
* How the servers will be used. (We like to know and share with folks!)

Wish I got in on this. Could of set up something for a small school I used to go to.
 
They can solicit donations, but not sell their old servers for cash? c'mon.
