DB_Port Motherboard Header?

So I just got a Zacate motherboard/cpu combo and while I was assembling it, I noticed a header on the motherboard labeled "DB_Port" which I've never seen before and isn't anywhere in the manual. My motherboard is GA-E350N-USB3. If you look at the third picture there, you can see it right below the RAM slots on the right.

Any idea what it is?
