Our friends over at Real World Labs have plucked something rather interesting from a MOD RIG of EVGA's which lists some of the possible upcoming high-end desktop graphics cards we may (hopefully) end up seeing from NVIDIA in the near future.

Found in the listing is an "8850 GTX2", "8900 GTX Black Pearl" and finally a 9800 GTX with 1.5GB of memory.

It's possible the accuracy of this could be way off what NVIDIA's plans actually are, but then again this may be the first mention of some cards we're going to be hearing a lot more of as the rumour mill starts churning away.

Woohoo!!!

I bet that card is gonna be at least €700 over here in Germany. Can't wait to replay Crysis with 9800gtx.
 
I hope it hits within the 3 months of my eVGA step-up program. I haven't actually bought the 8800GT yet, but plan on it in early December.

Lets hope this is true and we get a 1GB video card that can roxs the soxs off of Crysis! :p

Its a fake. They already mentioned this on the eVGA forums somewhere. Basically, people can edit and add stuff to that list, so anyone can make up a video card name and add it basically.
 
Hey, you guys wanna see a trick? Im gonna add my own type of videocard to this list... the way this list is made is by people adding in their owncards and then they are added in for other people to chose. The majority of this list is made by users with most of the stock cards already being on that list. Watch, im gonna add a 9850GTX to the list right now if you want to see if what i say stands true. Try it yourself.:D

ROFL nissan, it seems that me and you seem to be able to sniff all the BS threads out because just about every thread with BS posts in it you and I have posted our feelings on. I think that's funny.

FYI, adding cards that may come out in the future is not against the MODS RIGS rules because part of the reason why we have it to to " build " dream systems that could be built before certain parts come out.;)

Yeah, i had this rumor stomped dead. Nonetheless i think people do it mainly because they are excited rather than they just want to spread rumours.:D
