The one I distinctly remember is Empire Earth. I didn't read the manual at all (it's just like Age of Empires, I can handle it) and I was getting crushed by the AI repeatedly, even on the easiest setting.
Went to look into what I was missing and found out you could populate your buildings with...
Considering I got stuck behind one douchenozzle doing 5mph through a commercial district in my town where the speed limit is 35, and I could see him holding his phone up and see PGo on the screen, it wouldn't be that fast. It's also illegal to be on a cellphone in my state, but that isnt...
Awesome!
I signed up myself and my wife and will keep my fingers crossed.
I remember the alpha days of RO when there wasn't much to do. Just running between Pronterra and Morroc and sitting in town hassling people once you maxed out.
No skills of note or anything haha.
Wife and I played it...
Of course not.
After this fiasco, they will just add a clause somewhere that automakers are not protected by the DMCA (if the lobbyists don't get to them first)
I'm trying to think of any game recently that had a EULA that you could disagree to and then proceed to install/play it?
Since the WiiU is a closed system, the same rules apply. I fail to see the issue.
While not exactly a direct comparison, cars are not that different these days with forced package upgrades. You cant just get one specific feature anymore.
My fiance's Mazda3 was a perfect example.
"Oh, you want a sunroof? That only comes with the Bose package which gives you an upgraded...
One build I had for my monk that I really liked (was running with ~40% crit chance and big crit damage):
WotHF - FoF rune
Cyclone Strike with reduced spirit cost (cant remember the name)
Serenity - Ascension for those panic moments
Exploding Palm - Burning Essence rune
Sweeping Wind -...
If TLJ is getting recommendations (one of my favorites), the Syberia games should be included as well.
Great story based adventures from around the same timeframe.
Making the Racial armors requires the various Ore armor of the same tier.
You need silver leggings to make the Tier 1 racial armor leggings, gold leggings to make the Tier 2 leggings, etc, so gold bars are needed for that stuff. I think i was running around with an Iron bow and the full first...
I feel the same way. The game felt a lot better. Items actually felt like they had purpose because you dont get buried in hundreds of junk yellows in minutes.
I like that they simplified crafting a bit too. Might actually be useful for a starter character now.
I like the monster levels...
My fiance and I were playing this last night and did some mining on our starting planet but it wasnt very mineral rich.
We got enough coal to jump to another system and hit the main planet there. Mined a bit but nothing amazing. The "town" was a giant torture chamber dungeon with a bunch of...
It's not *just* a tablet though. It's a wireless display for the console with all the added gamepad features, etc.
You can't take your $80 tablet and use it to display *and* control a game console with a self contained wireless link and no reasonable lag in inputs you make. That functionality...
I'm personally using SlimBean on my d2spr and loving it.
The way I rooted mine was using the Galaxy Toolkit

It was really easy and takes you through step by step and contains all the necessary files to achieve root, CFW and whatnot.

I came across this Kickstarter and didnt see it posted on here anywhere.
Being a HUGE fan of RCR back in the days of NES, I'm backing this. Looks amazing!

I agree with the above posts.
Receivers are where it's at.
I recently picked up an Onkyo NR609 and it has all my devices through it (PS3, 360, Wii, Saturn, Dreamcast, N64, PS2, TV with ARC) and has the front port for occasional laptop hookups.
Works great and no fiddling with selector boxes.
Conside that THIS was the original *gamecube* tech demo zelda which looks even more impressive than Twilight Princess, I dont think anyone should put ANY faith in the WiiU tech demo being representative of a final product
Grim Dawn is a straight up ARPG Diablo clone by the guys that did Titan Quest and will have guns as an option for weapons, but it still mostly fantasy theme.
The N64 was naturally blurry anyway, even on old TVs.
Now combine that with a native resolution of 240p (a few could do 480i using the expansion pack) and your tv upscaling that to 1080p. It's going to be garbage.
An S-Video cable or VGA adapter wont make THAT big of a difference.
I have an N64...
