People still buy Windows? I'm sorry, paying $1 is too much (especially for a non-genuine retail copy). You are paying for literal spyware (Yes, I use windows).
All these "consultants" are responsible for are to ensure that a game is not too white or too straight. In other words a cancer to gaming and every aspect of society they touch. This is EXACTLY a reason to not patron a game with this company involved.

Looks like they may have changed their mind after all. Would be awesome to see this come to the 12 series.
Sometimes your time is more valuable than a local tow. Thankfully, we haven't had to use the AAA service yet but nothing worse than being stuck somewhere and waiting hours for someone to come help.
Wokeness is a virus and destroys everything that is good in our society. Not a surprise it has infected AI. The many examples of AI being ok with the elimination of white people but protecting the feeling of others shows how deep the infection goes.
I have had read MANY reviews about AM5 and stability issues. I want to upgrade but the platform doesn't seem super polished at this point. Probably going to take some BIOS revisions to fix some of the issues you are having. AMD drivers, generally, imho, are pretty horrible.
Exactly, the bent pin should be pretty obvious, especially for someone that has a lot of experience putting machines together. If I saw that I would have immediately contacted newegg (would not have tried to install the CPU) and let them know. I wish you good luck with the process.
Seems to me that these are some potentially game changing tweaks that should be made at the BIOS level sans windows software. Intel limiting this to the 14th gen is shady at best when in reality the 12/13th gen ecores need serious optimization.
I know that certain motherboards require the Intel Management Engine firmware to be updated prior to the bios being updated. Have you looked into that?
Agreed GHUB is terrible. I was getting random VAC errors in DOD:S and the only way to get the game to load was to disable GHUB. I only needed it to change some simple config with the mouse buttons but I hate it.
Actually, I do, since its MY data. In exchange for my data and analytics, I am using their services - it is a fair trade to me and they haven't stopped me from watching yet. I will NEVER watch ads.
I have no issue paying for services I use but within reason. I am seeing its $14/month, thats $168/year which is a bit too much for what you are getting as a service. If they lowered that price I would be willing to pay, until then I will find ways to block the ridiculous amount of ads they are...
Yeah, there are probably a subset of folks that it will be a decent upgrade for. From my perspective, it's more heat with very little performance increase.
