I would only go above 1.8 if you have really good cooling. Those things get pretty hot at those kind of voltages. I like to keep mine no higher than 1.725. Also, high voltages lower the life of the processor.

2GB nowadays is overkill. Go with 1GB of quality RAM and you'll get the best bang for your buck.
