thanks for the options, but I was thinking a bit cheaper.. does the fx5200 handle this resolution?

I recently bought a PCI ATI Radeon 9200 with DVI to power my second Dell FP2001, but I can only get it to work with "Reduce DVI Frequency" setting. I find this to make the display so slow it's barely usable. Screen repaints, and even scrolling appear to be greatly slowed down. So quetions...
