I will never shop at BB. This is just an attempt to get more of your money. The nice wording is bull and they are just looking out for their best interests.
If you ever plan on buying a home, limit yourself to one or two credit cards. When I bought my house a credit check was done and I had 6 credit cards that I had not used in so long that I did not even know I had them any more. Each card was seen by the bank as potential debt thus lowering my...
These things are meant to be flown indoors with you just a few feet away. IR is not an issue.
They are loads of fun!
Charging is accomplished by plugging the helicopter into the controller for about 20 minutes. Flight times last about 2 4 minutes.
I am a 6 year Black Friday veteran. I have done BB, CC and CompUSA in both Seattle, WA and Spokane, WA (population 200,000). If you wish to buy the item that everyone else is talking about, such as the Westinghouse 32" you should show up early, like the night before, to guarantee your place in...
I got this combo with one of the ebay hsf. After reformating I used the nForce 5.11 drivers from nvidia, and I even installed the IDE driver. Everything works great, including the ethernet. Great deal.
The last time Firefly was listed on the Hard Forum I did the very thing you are considering. I never canceled my card so I am not sure of any problems there, but from my experience there are no strings attached. It makes for a really good deal. The only problem I had with the card (which I never...
I just went through rebate number 2 process. They offer several options for redemtion, mail, Paypal, etc. You can also go the regular 8 to 10 week route or opt to receive the rebate within hours for a $5.50 charge.
I missed the series and the movie but you guys convinced me I should see them. I picked up Firefly and Serenity at Amazon for $19.44 shipped. I got $30 instant savings for signing up for an Amazon Visa.
For those looking to get a notebook here is a good breakdown on what is available this year. They pick the the Circuit City notebook as their editors choice. I hope 2 am is early enough.
I have done BF three years in a row now, once in Seattle and twice in Spokane. In 2002 I was about 150th in line at 4am at the Seattle Best Buy. I managed to snag the last Geforce 4200 for $89. I plan on showing up at 2am this year so I can get the Circuit City Toshiba notebook.
As others have pointed out the $199 notebook includes a $250 AOL rebate.
I think at $450 it is still the best notebook deal I have seen for BF. And yes the Toshiba uses the X200.
I guess your right. Now that I think about it, I remember counting the pixels to try and figure out how many Uniden cordless phones where left based on how far the bar moved down. That method did not always work very well, but heck it helped pass time as the woot-off screeched to a halt.
