I jacked around with the XML's, but if you have multiple profiles it's a pain. Easiest thing I found was Gainward ATI EXPERTool 4.00 and select fixed mode....just move the fan control slider to whatever you want and exit. Also nifty to see how much you can take before you turn it back down...

I'm pissed now, I ordered the E7200 with the p5q-pro last night and it works out to be a $10 dollar difference in my cart between the e7200 and q6600. ..and I just checked, it shipped already. This is actually the first time I've ever gotten mad about NewEgg speedy service.
