I liked it. Of course I came to it late and got it really cheap on Steam. I loved the graphics and the gameplay was cool but it took a long time to grow on me. In fact I started it, hated it, and left it sitting for months before getting into it. I'm ready for a sequel.
This won't have any more plastic than guns already on the market. Just like the AR that was done, plastic receivers are old news. It will still need a metal barrel, striker and trigger mechanism. There are already Federal guidelines on producing your own firearm so this is simply another method...
Thanks a lot! That's perfect!
PS: Do you think the PSU is necessary? Just asking because I see some other forum posts running my same PSU with Sandy Bridge, Single GPU combos.
PPS: I have an OCZ Modstream 520 lying around as well
What budget should I shoot for? I can easily budget a $3000 system but I probably don't need it:D. Can you throw some ideas to me given my criteria so far? I think a Core i5 based build should do fine for my needs.
Thanks! I should have added I'm local to a Tiger Direct but never dealt with them. Are any of the current Newegg combos legit? I've always pieced my builds together in the past but it's been a very long time and I was hoping to find a combo ready to roll. Thanks again for the info!
Decent...
720p
TW2 right now.
Yup the budget can go up. As for OS I just need to know what version of Win7 is best I can get a dicsount. I'm looking at turn-key combo here not an uber rig.
1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming, Movies
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Around $600
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
USA
4) What exact parts do you need...
Not the first time something like this was shown. Only to disappear after several jaw dropping videos. [H] should dig up all the old tech vids of people claiming similarly amazing detail that went the way of the Dodo.
Silly tech that only appeals to eggheads. Good riddance. The US Navy is at such a level the combined fleets of all the world's powers couldn't even come close matching it. Cutting programs that aren't needed is smart budgeting. Hope there is more to come.
Just glancing through the first five pages of the Steam forum for Portal 2 the only time the word console even comes up is when listing variables. Huge backlash indeed.
This is no story because there is no backlash. A select few does not make a majority and the overwhelming majority of purchaser are quite happy with the PC game. [H]ard up for news so we'll just stir something up. Lame.
Good review but it's missing the key statement, "I can't wait to play this though again". To me that's the hallmark of a great game. Big thanks for giving the length of the SP campaign, most people forget to add that.
My hope as well though I've yet to see any indication from the developer or community with details on the SP. Things like actual length, different endings, different paths of action, bonuses for replaying the game?
