I think there are 8 ram chips. I can only find one review of the card and they review the one that has the HDMI stuff onboard.. I ordered one yesterday so i guess ill have to find out myself whether the vcore adjustment helps or just kills the card or something :D

If you look closely at the photos it does appear to have the vcore adjustment jumper, the HDMI stuff is missing.

Supposedly this model has dual bios and a jumper to select higher voltage for better overclocking which i guess is why it has two PCIE connectors. I bought one.

I'd be careful, i just bought an aquos 37" after much research and apparently the 32" pales in comparison because the LCD panel is made by one of those cheap manufacturers (Orion i think?). The 37" and up use panels made by sharp and fare a lot better, I have been very happy with mine so far...
