:) You can disable the sound in 360Connect too...sometimes I have the sound turned waaay up and it can scare the crap out of you when you don't expect it

Well, from what you are describing, and this may be a long shot. I have a program on my Macbook Pro called "360Connect" so I can share music/pics/vids to my 360. When I turn on my 360 and the dashboard loads the 360Connect software makes a ding dong sound to let you know it connected...

Well, the worst one I've played so far is Sonic, I KNOW it runs better on the Genesis than it does on the VC. an example is when sonic is spinning very fast on the VC it looks like he isn't even spinning at all, it's as if there's missing a bunch of frames and all you get is one frame of him...

As far as I know it has to be a full version of XP with SP2. Vista isn't officially compatible with it but I think I heard that some people got it running, I don't know how well though.

I bought this wheel about a month ago, I have been very happy with it so far. Definitely worth the $ over the other ones currently offered for the 360.

I have the elgato EyeTV Hybrid just for watching TV and it works really well. I use it on a 20" widescreen monitor. The quality is pretty good for a non-HD type of tuner. I think its fine for casual tv watching and changing channels is instantaneous, I believe most of elgato's products work...

You can get parts from iFixit, They also have guides on how to fix most parts. Or you can check out eBay for parts, you might be able to get it cheaper there. I believe this type of part may be what you are looking for. That particular part is for a G4 12" iBook.

I have an ATI AIW 9700, the fan it came with is dying and making a lot of noise. Now this wouldn't be a problem to replace, I have done it before on my older ATI cards, however this setup is in a mini-atx Shuttle case and the video card's fan is almost right up against the side of the case...
