Not sure what they told you. When i spoke to ATT, they had me go thru the trade in process with a specific code to put so in that way I'll get the full 1k credit. They then sent the padded envelope to send my current phone.

Yup, mine is arriving today too. I assume everyone will be shipping their trade-in once this is received. Are you guys planning to use the provided envelope to ship it? My concern is that it's not protected enough therefore the screen could crack in the process of shipment.

Welp, I went ahead and refunded RDR2, the game was stuttering and couldn't figure out the issue. Not sure if the game has been fixed. Oh well, going to wait next year instead.
I just called today to cancel my order, while they fortunately were able to find my order # and ordered to cancel it in their system, it might not cancel completely and will have to refuse the order or I have to ship it back.
