hey, when i tried to do 1080p setting last night it said it was out of range for hte monitor, with a msg like "pls set monitor to 1920x1200 @ 60hz". I could set the xbox360 to 1080i, but there was a shudder of the picture. so im still stuck at 720p. does anyone know how to set 1080p for xbox...

the damping does not affect case temps that much. good fan placement and balance is usually where most people fall off, WAAY before they get affected by panel damping. this is not the situation where i have blocks of foam filling in every nook and cranny, in which case, agian, good airflow will...

Pc speaker. comes with the case. makes the BEEP. i left the pre built space for the uhm large speaker cones, though i dot know why. actually, beffore i ship it out over lunch maybe i just move the speaker under the floppy cage and cover the rest of the floor with padding... HMMMM :D

thanks. and it only marginally helps. what it does is really dampen the uhm panels its attached to, by making them "thicker" and also less of a reflective object for sound to bounce off. but with all things sound, its a cumulative effect. so quiet components / sealed case is hte first hting...

hahah oh noes. welcome to the club sir. trust me there is more you cna do bu its gonna be cumulative. do a small thing here, dampen there, relaly start to tune out and single out what the sounds or frequencies are. i switched pumps for it! suspended hard drives for it!
