I'd say it's really good with one big caveat. Your 4k monitor should have Freesync. If it doesn't, you're really better off with a 1080 ti, it's that simple. ??? I'm surprised that you find your 3770k lacking. Are you overclocking it? I'm not seeing much reason to upgrade as far as CPU performance goes. The new mobo features are nice and all, but not so compelling to me that I feel the need to switch out.
