One thing I still don't get about freesync, I saw that the new Asus MG279Q is limited to 30-90hz, does that mean if the monitor is set to 144hz freesync wont function at all?

I wonder if this would have less motion blur than my x-star. I've gotten back into more FPS' lately and it feels like I'm playing with vasoline on the screen even at 96hz Are these the b stock of the new acer and asus 144hz panels? So tempted to buy this and see how it performs.

Im running 3 monitors on sig rig with no issues with either of those things in your original post. Although I am running Windows 8.1, I don't think its a hardware issue, have you reformatted or willing to try windows 8? Did you make sure you plugged in the 6 and 4 pin power plugs?

My 4770k seems very similar, I have mine at 1.287v right now 4.5ghz, anything above that and it seems to be unstable, running a full custom loop tops out around ~68c. I could probably get away with 4.7ish with more vcore but haven't tweaked it enough.

Ended up replacing all of my SP120s with NF-F12s, holy shit what a difference. These things are absolutely silent while still performing the same or better than the SP120s.

Is anyone else with crossfire having issues with HD flash videos? They have this weird hitching/stutter effect. All of my 3D games are fine, seems like its a 2d issue with downclocking too much or something

Yeah the color is fugly, but honestly at this point I don't even care, the clicking of these SP120s on top is driving me insane. Just wondering If I should return all of my SP120s and just go full noctuas. edit: Wouldnt the NF-F12's be better for a radiator?

Did you use an NZXT fan controller by chance? Found something else that the controller is causing it even though the noise is coming from the fan. Going to return it and try out the bitfenix or another controller instead.

Not sure what the issue is here, they are mounted on top of an alphacool 240mm ST30 rad, at 100% they are fine but as soon as I drop to ~80% or lower they start clicking. I had another set of these that I RMAd back to amazon because I thought they were bad, brand new set is doing the same...

Just got my new i7 4770k and new mobo today. Got everything installed and it's powering on for about 10 seconds then powering back off. The code on the led is C0 but all the manual says is "reserved" for that code. Any ideas what the issue is? I've taken the ram out completely which throws...

Try pulling the CMOS battery between swapping cards? I would pull it and wait a few minutes, then try and boot with the 560ti.

Looking for a new Z97 board that allows for PCIe 3.0 x8/x8 Crossfire using the furthest spaced PCIe slots for better cooling. Everything I've looked at is only x8/x8 2 spaces apart, which may be a design limitation I'm not aware of. This is the only I can find that appears to be 3 spaces...

Just tried a bunch of games at 1920x1080 instead of 5760x1080 and im getting 75c steady. Seems like the massive res is taxing the shit out of them.
