Ok enough with this sillyness about HDs having disabled space on them. HD manufacturers get the varied sizes of HDs by varying the number of platters in the drive. They only make say ~20GB, ~40GB, and ~60GB platters then 80GB drives are 2x40GB, 120GB = 2x60GB (or 3x40GB in older models)...
