I would also recommend the 173P! It's an ultra sharp display with amazing 2d quality and color reproduction. I really couldn't beleive how crisp and clean it was. I also use this same monitor for gaming as well and it doesn't feel like a 25ms display at all. And when I compared it to the CRT on...

I currently have a 173P and I'm really happy with it. The 2d quality is amazing, pictures are very clear, text is very sharp and clean, and the monitor can tilt 90 degrees which is a great feature. The color reproduction is also very good, it's not a CRT, but its the best i've seen in an LCD...

i've got some good news!! for me anyway. I just went there today (7/05/04) and found that the sell was still on where i was. the employee's even knew about it. I brought the list with me and they didn't even have one yet so i gave them mine after i was done lol. anyways looks like not to many...

I just got back from Japan and purchased my very first "gaming" mouse pad. Its an "Elecom" I don't think they sell them here in the states, but they call it there "High Definition" mouse pad, and its unbelieveable!!! Its made from 100% silicone and it really does feel like its gliding on a hocky...

I don't see why anyone who wants to upgrade now would wait for PCI-E, It's going to be a good year before we see all the initial flaws fixed from the launch of PCI-E and on top of that its a mandatory mobo upgrade just to use the card. I currently have a 9800XT, and I have great results with it...
