Your 780 was once top of the line. That proves the bennies really of buying high end hw. Years later it will STILL run most anything sufficiently. I am old school gamer and this game made me miss BF2, still the number one game for me online multiplayer. You could do it all.

Agreed, after playing through at 4k, I think HD looks like crap, esp on a console.

Crysis 3 was first thing I played after upgrading to 4k. Always Crysis 3. Gsync monitor eliminates need for high fps though. 60 is fine.

Speaking from experience, my ACX 2.0 cards run quite cool, high 50s to low 60s C, under full load.

Just upgraded from a 2600k at 4.5 ghz running 670s sli, and I am glad I did. This rig is running great. love this mobo. So what if it doesn't have ESATA.....never had a device that used it!

these look pretty nice, and Corsair makes good stuff. Like the others we need a competent 5.1 system, with both optical and hdmi inputs would be nice! How LOUD do these get at the LP at say 75% max volume?

All I see is two 295s running good really.. I get 60 fps on a single 280......at 1680 4XAA all maxed out.. No doubt its running good, but I find FC2 runs like silk for me..

no you need it to run the bench tool. Runs fine for me in vista 64 just ignore warning and install.

Why aren't you people running the WH bench tool and then you will know what you got.... On avalanche at 1680x1050 at enthusiast I get 36 fps average..... no cfgs......

a single 280 bests 260s or 4850s crossfire.

My card received a week ago idles 36c, crysis takes it to about 66c. Fur will melt it.

Crysis just exposes system flaws better then other games....any bottlenecks will be revealed.. Poor coding...dunno I don't write game code....neither do many of you!

Thanks for the info...I do prefer the GPU bench though for comparing video cards.. I do not notice all this hitching you speak of...the first run is a few frames off..then very slowly rises. less then 1 fps gain after 2nd run..

Right now a 9800GX2 or a 280 is looking good because I will not SLI.... And the the new atis do not excel where I need them to.

The crysis numbers would be interesting to me..
