I kind of expected that. You're just not going to get source-respectful translations from a company. Fortunately for the PC, eventually some fans will eventually change this, but with the amount of text in the game, it could be years in the future.
So, I know a lot of people didn't like Rise, but I thought it was a fun diversion. Not too long of a game, and a great diversion until Hundred Heroes comes out. Looking forward to it, as Suikoden was one of my favorite JRPGs.
No. The time is dependent on the total people who report you.
I'm assuming some streamer wanted to take #1, and I got there first, and got a few of his watchers to falsely report me.
Just the fact though, that you can do this, and a player has no ability to appeal is stupid. Like, at least...
Went back to Diablo 3, as their new season started.
I got hit with an "Account Silenced" because multiple people reported me for abusive language. No appeal according to Blizzard.
Except that I streamed the entire thing today, and didn't utter a word. And the thing came in the middle of my...
Eh, I just find this whole thing completely scammy.
About a decade ago, I put up on Ebay 250 PSX JRPGs (some sealed, some not). Didn't even get a bid of $650, which was my minimum price. But granted, none of them were WATA graded.
I'm just not sure I'd play the game with everything on. I went from a constant 150 fps to dropping below 60 fps. I just can't play at that frame rate anymore.
I didn't finish it, but FF7 Rebirth.
I just don't understand the praise for this game. It's tedious to play, and it has your standard awful voice acting and nonsensical story.
The game itself is just a series of minigames that range from super easy to annoyingly difficult. Not due to the...
I just don't understand why Square went the direction they did with Final Fantasy. I'm currently making my way through Rebirth, and just struggling. It's gone from a JRPG to an Assassin's Creed clone with focus on bad minigames.
I would say it's a remake. It's like an alternate universe FF7. Similar plot, but a lot has changed.
And the gameplay is completely different.
I guess that's why I like Dragon Quest. Dragon Quests are an evolution of the previous game in the series. The later Final Fantasies no longer...
The programmers are not the problem. Well, maybe the network guys for the lack of fixing duping and how stupidly the stash tabs were handled. The greatest programming in the world wouldn't fix the issues Diablo 4 has though.
What people are frustrated with are the game designers. They're not...
Well, on the forums, someone inadvertently put up a Lilith kill video that I can finally demonstrate with proof that it's not fair.
Their video at roughly the 30s mark, they survive with ease.

My video, doing nearly exactly the same thing, I...
It depends on how far you upgrade your glyphs. If you're just going to 15, that's one thing. If you need to upgrade 6 glyphs to 21 though, you'll have more than enough materials to get every stone to 10.
Though I'd certainly agree that it's a grind. That's one major issue affecting Diablo 4...
With the changes, getting all the stones to 10 takes no time at all now. You complete Whispers, you get stones. You complete Vaults, you get stones. You'll get roughly 4-5 pearls per dungeon, so you can just spend 4 to get 40, which is more than enough to even poorly make your way through...
Finally completed the season. Terrible Genius!
Uber Lilith is not fun. The people at Blizzard need to one day actually try playing their game, and not just locally. Connect to the Europe server, so you can understand the lag most of us face on a daily basis. Then use that as a basis for...
Well, I'm about to give up on the season. I have everything but the new boss & uber lilith complete for the season journey.
They fixed the cheap ways to kill her for everyone but barb (I'm playing a sorc), and I just lag to much to be able to fight her. The waves give you roughly a second...
No. In the dungeon, if one of your teammates dies once, everyone fails. The whole AoZ is full of one shots, regardless of how powerful your character is. The two classes which are progressing with any real progress are barbs & sorcs, because they can use exploity builds which make them...
This is just a demonstration of why I'm losing all patience with the game.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9HfxEQtlkQ
The first few seconds demonstrate just poison damage from a normal elite. I'm surviving just fine. The second part are the blood seekers at the end. I barely touch a ground...
A Chinese player beat T25 of the AoZ today. But like all 20+ runs, it involves using exploits. Not only do they play for more hours than most people can play, but all the streamers and pro players are basically exploiting their way to the top, so I don't see how this is going to be any...
Yeah, it's been buggy. But the released a patch on the PC to fix it, though the patch doesn't apply to the console. On the other hand, the new glyph got nerfed from 0.1 damage per ugprade to 0.02 damage per upgrade.
I got to level 6 AoZ and then just gave up. I wear a max defense build, and...
I tried a bunch earlier today, and wired, the best I did was 55 with an sn30 pro. If I go wireless, regardless of the controller, the best I can do is 25.
Also, did you make sure to set the controller setting to use wired if available? It's off by default, and even if you plug your controller...
I'll be honest. I don't trust streamers one bit. In Diablo 3, every season was "This is the greatest thing ever!" Even in Diablo 4, the same thing happened.
(And also, there's the selfish side of me, in that multiple things I've found in Diablo 3 were reported later by streamers, with them...
I don't understand why people are surprised about this survey. It was obvious that this was the very least they would do from day 1 (even before), even if they claimed to say otherwise.
I'd agree. People look back at the console wars such as Nintendo vs Sega, but we forget that they each catered to a different audience. Sure, there was some overlap of games such as Mortal Kombat, but even then, there still were things like Sega got the blood code while Nintendo used Sweat...
Yeah, I have it. Haven't played it since it came out though, so I don't remember much, as that's almost 30 years ago. From what I remember, there really wasn't much of a game.
I saw that video, but I still can't do it. I have a wired controller and all. Just that I'm too old to react appropriately. My highest is 33 jumps, and I usually fail when I have to blink.
Roberta Williams released a remake of Colossal Cave at the beginning of this year. It's a fairly faithful remake as well.
It got the publicity, mainly because of who worked on it. But if you can exclude Steam reviews, the game wasn't well received. Modern audiences just have evolved from...
I wanted (and completed) all the possible in game achievements, so I had to kill her in HC, and didn't have the option of 30 attempts. Basically you'll want Esu's Heirloom & Tibault's Will along with 13k dps, and can pretty much guarantee to skip all the mechanics. But it's still a stupid fight.
My favorite gaming genre is adventure. That's what I grew up with, particularly Sierra adventure games. But I'm not really a fan of LucasArts games, and that's where I started to lose interest in the genre, though that's where most modern adventure game fans got interested.
One of the...
For BL, you want +armor on everything you can get it on. For damage, you'll want Esu's Heirloom (boots) and Tibault's Will (pants).
As a demonstration, I'm just using my own build, not any from guides. No vulnerability damage, no CC effects. Here's my run of a NM100 Ghoa Ruins in 1:07...
That's part of it, but he could also just be aged out of the modern gaming audience. I.e. Things that I enjoy most about games are now considered bad gameplay design, thus even indie games won't add that. So, it's about finding that ultra niche diamond in a rough on stores with thousands of...
Do you have HDR turned on in your desktop, with it just turned off in game, or do you have HDR turned off completely (both in game and on your desktop)? I know I tend to get washed out when I have it on with the desktop, and off i games. But as with Armenius, it looks the same to me on my...
In the previous season, you could actually build yourself to go full out survivability and survive the waves. And while I can't confirm this as true (since I can't see the number), apparently Blizzard buffed the damage to be some ridiculous number like 2 billion damage, so that you can no...
So, I was on reddit a couple days ago, and got into an argument about Uber Lilith, and mechanics. One person stated how anyone could learn the fight. I looked at their video, then decided to get some more in depth testing.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjOTxkJFu4A
The difference between...
I really just don't understand the Diablo 4 community. One of the streamers came out with a video stating that the upcoming Abattoir of Zir should not be able to be beaten by even the best builds. OK, that's fine. Then a bunch of people say good, it's terrible how they nerfed the game to the...
Super Mario Wonder
For the most part, I enjoyed the game. The graphics are how I'd love to see a remake of the Mario games. The controls were fine. The levels, outside of the very last Special World Level, were on the very easy side. I think I spent 50% of my time on the last Special level...
That's one of the reasons I always buy physical. Even before Nintendo shut down, this was my fear, that I'd lose everything. And people said that these companies will do stuff to make sure you don't lose it. But history has shown this to be far from the case. Not to mention that the Wii U...
