Agreed. Suddenly it's a moral issue now due to the extent that it's being done. There's a hipocracy in saying that it's ok to copy a song off of the radio onto a cassette but it's wrong to download a song onto an iPod.
In regards to photoshop and other highend productivity programs, I'd say...
I'm curious as to why it wouldn't (from the perspective of a pirate). Free without any reprecusions short of guilt will always be more attractive than paying even if it is cheap.
Chris Vrenna of NIN & Tweeker fame did the D3 title song. He also did American Magee's Alice and a few other games. He's a very multi-talented kind of guy.
I'm sure many of us here don't agree that that is a good reason to ignore a system, but that is the general opinion of the masses. As for one product cycle killing a company...<cough>SEGA<cough>
No, they just did it cheaper. The Lynx was pretty mainstream right before GB's release, or at least a good number of people I knew had one. But the point was you were implying the GB was the first of it's kind.
Gameboy's release in Japan: 1989
Gameboy's release in US: 1991
Atari Lynx's release in US: 1989
As far as GB Japan and Lynx US, I don't know who beat out who month-wise, but the Lynx was color. So there goes that argument. I'm not arguing this either way though, Torgo has it correct.
As cool as this could be, I have to wonder what this would do for the fps/driving/street fighter-esque genres. It seems they'd kill off a lot of marketability with this just to get a few innovative games. I love nintendo over the other guys (with the exception of my dreamcast), but they do have...
I'd wonder if there is some kind of lighting film (gels as they're called) that will block the purple but not the UV, seems plausable. That way your UV stuff would glow, but you would see no lighting.
I'm not one to diss anyone's case choices, especially when they plan to mod it...but do take another look at that case cause the cooling for it is about as bad as you can get short of not having any fans at all, and every review I've seen has said the door broke off within 10 minutes. Just be...
Crap, i dunno which version off hand, and I'm not in front of that comp, just that it's retail style. I just installed winamp and the xvid codec and everything was good as gravy. To the best of my knowledge the codecs don't have to be x64 specific. Just drivers and software that works with drivers.
I just recieved a bunch of refurb stuff for a friends budget comp so i'll give my input. According to Newegg, when stuff gets sent back it gets sent to the brand manufacturer to inspect/fix/whatever. And then Newegg will sell it as is as returned from the factory. This leaves it upon the...
Ok, Tamiya is model paint. I don't know if thats durable enough for a large piece like a case. Usually people will use automotive paint for this stuff if they're going all out with the air brush and such. You'd probably know Tamiya's quality better than us though.
That decorative crap on the sides, is there a way to get rid of it? The new door gives it a much more clean/sleek look and then the "x" face breaks up the goodness. I like the mesh, just not so as much the forms around it, ya know? Your doing a fine job otherwise. Red lighting would look good on...
So you agree that they are the same and then say they arn't?
Also to your previous post. I bought acrylic at Home Depot just the other day. 1/8 inch thick. And I scored and snapped it, which by your definition I should have used a hacksaw. Plexiglas is in fact a name brand, to say that someone...
Vinyl comes on rolls like toilet paper, lets say the roll is two feet wide. The image is cut on it through a printer of sorts with a really sharp blade. To load the vinyl in it must still be on the roll and if the image uses up say 1'x1' you just bought the other 1'x1' since it can't be reloaded...
