I'm so happy to see quake engine games! you can host your own servers and edit BSP files, textures are easy. Games now a days won't let you play with map makers or modding tools or the game assets. I think Half-life2 and related source games were the last large ecosystem to do this.
Reminds me of Netflix abandoning their 5/5 stars rating system for a thumbs up/ down after Amy the cow shuemer's liberal comedy special was released. it was little to no stars so netflix (leftist ran company) did away with the stars system. It's hilarious whether you're left or right...
I'll take a refund for their first VR game... community of maybe 60 people at launch, and it's dead now.
hoverjunkers was junk.
But since i enjoy NODE videos I'll give them benefit of doubt
Thanks for the reply. I have gotten freesync II to work with the latest nvidia drivers. Only Hunt:Showdown has flickering. I'll try disabling freesync on the monitor to see if that helps get HDR to work. Other than that, I see dithering on occassion even with 10-bit HDR, and this is with 144hz...
I have a samsung C32HG70, It has latest firmware from Samsung. Windows 1809 fall 2018 update.
Nvidia settings are RGB, 10-bit running over displayport to my 1080ti, I did the DP 1.3,1.4 firmware update.
I can't get any games to play in HDR mode without being washed out. The display OSD says HDR...

you have sound logic for 1v1 competition. I think however in a potential oligopoly, with 3 players in discrete GPU is that if intel kneecaps nvidia (I don't see this at all unless it's a pure enterprise INT4 Monster that scales perfectly to Int64- DP on 10nm at 500+mm^2); amd will get pushed to...
*Should have* AMD makes so much less money than nvidia and intel yet AMD is just now releasing Zen2 which will take the crown in server space and dekstop too. Amd is also keeping up with nvidia for discrete GPU's Not winning but is competitive. It's a damned miracle AMD is competing as high as...
I'm tempted to sell my 1080ti strixx for the vega 7, but it'll be a sidegrade or maybe 5-10% better with more memory. Hard to justify now that gsync should work on my freesync2 samsung CGH70
Purposly hindering the majority of others just so those with disablities aren't "left out".
This is horse shit.
A best effort to try to include the disabled is a good social justice to strive for, but when you take away from healthy others, it's a net negative.
I may Downgrade to a vega64 for freesync. I have a Asus steixx 1080ti. +20power limit stock volts it does 1987mhz and +250memory with what I consider a quiet custom fan curve.
Want me to message you if I do?
NDA's are only enforceable via lawsuit and the courts. If the streamer chose to sue for loss of games and whatever else, they could and win, but no one will waste 50k on that.
COUNT on this happening. It'll likely be a Enterprise part that is used for AI/Learning because those fields can accept some latency increases compared to gaming.
facebook partnered with Obama for his 2012 election essentially giving a politician access to nearly the same data as this cambridge scandal. Except they claim cambridge was helping the opposing party. Can't have that.
3ghz zen2 8 cores, IO die + vega/navi with vega64/1080ti levels of performance all on 7nm. No idea what memory they'll do, shared GDDR6 via IO die, or expensive HBM2/3
Then I'd weigh whether $100 is worth lower power consumption and possible tensor/RTX core features down the line.
Personally I'd go with a vega64 because I like underdogs and open source and saving money
2070 most likely.
I've seen deals on the 64 to make it a good bit cheaper, plus depends on what monitor you have or will want, freesync or +$200 for gsync
