Just to give you a heads up, I was in the EXACT SAME SITUATION, I have a 2405fpw and decided to upgrade to the 30" Dell, ended up selling it because I was craning my neck a lot more to see what was on screen. IMHO 24" seems to be the sweet spot. Perhaps the people whom have it in landscape mode...
Seconding this. I have a pair of ATH-A900s from Japan and would love a review of Denon headphones which could compare it to the Audio Technica cans.
Kyle, if your reviewers need an idea of more direction, I suggest dropping by http://www.head-fi.org/ and taking a look at the way people write...
Jeez Mach, the first post really does not give away the level of work that you're putting into this project. Every posting delves further and further into madness.
Didn't know of Mini-box's custom tiny PSUs, opens up ideas for some new projects as I haven't done one in years :)
It's really silly how crazy things get on ebay, there's on auction going for $11,600 at the moment, while another one hardly even hit $1,000
There must be something pretty special about those chips..

The site's up with specs: http://www.fusionio.com/ioxtreme/
No public reviews yet. 520 MB/s Avg. bandwidth, 617 MB/s burst at $900.
I'm interested in seeing where this all goes, this is high on my "want" list as Fusion-IO has been on my radar for ages. Hopefully they will be as open as OCZ is...
Spectrum, I can help you get some developers on board. PM me your email address and I'll see what I can do, or even better.. read my PM for more details... thanks.
I haven't posted in here in ages, computers are now my day job and I don't have the time for when something fails. I guess it's like the chef that comes back home and orders a pizza, know what I'm saying? :D
Well a simple solution would be adding a spacer between the fan and the grill, that would allow it to more work more freely and reduce noise/pressure.

Riiiiiiise from your grave!
You would need to take a dremel to it. The front metal mesh is part of the construction of the frame, I don't see why it would need to be removed though.
1920x1200 Male here, however I do sometimes flip it into portrait mode when doing heavy work. I can't stand it in that mode too long though, don't like craining my neck like that.
//Disclaimer, If Bigfoot Networks takes my idea I would like a free card ;)
Jeeze, from the perspective of a CTO I can tell you that they are targeting this technology at the wrong market segment!
This card should be stripped of it's wierd-ass heat sink and be sold for the same price to...
Haha you should try and figure out the name of the artist in the bottom corner there, btw, do you plan on having a working coin slot or will it just be for show?
Suggestion: Once you find a proper ball you should get it bead-blasted so it has an icy finish and you only see a nice soft glow instead of the LED inside. When the LED's off it will just have a nice iced look.
I'm warning that this may not work in some cases, I've attemped to use vinyl dye both IDE and sata cables and even though it looks GREAT, it just never "stuck" to the plastic and got pretty messy in many cases. Ended up just buying black sata cables.
They don't say that on the site, this has been on there for a while (look for 750): http://www.mdg.ca/en/products/aptondesktop_line.asp
Ps. Anyone know the estimated price of these new drives? I'm salivating.
This is VERY odd, A long while ago I reported that MDG Canada has been selling machines with free "750gb hard drive" upgrades.. this is actually true? How could they have them already?
I just saw this in the newspaper based advertisments and this seems totally impossible as I haven't seen press releases anywhere regarding this.
Check it out here even on the web: http://www.mdg.ca/en/products/visiondesktop_line.asp
I'll be giving them a call to actually confirm this, to...
Oh crap, it's been a while. Uhm, yeah. It's done. Just needs a small plate modification for the back PSU area. That's it finished... It's over. You can go home now! ... Ok fine, here's the high res pics everyone wanted to see! Thanks ImageShack :D
I have high res (300dpi+ for print) on request...
How's about you tell us the code, because probably everyone else in the area got the same code. I'm in Toronto and would kill for it as I didn't recieve the flyer.
Also, unrelated, will this work on my BFG GeForce 7800 GTX? :D
Here's some real content for you guys to chew on, this is what's being released first...
Hopefully people will be supportive so they can release more stuff later on :)
