1. Defaults to "My Documents" everytime you open windows explorer. If I wanted to go to "My Documents" there's a desktop Icon. 2. Ugly assed "Indianapolis Colts Blue", "Baby Shit Green", and "Cheap Ass Hooker Silver" color schemes...GIMME A BREAK...I shouldn't have to download window blinds...

I'd say...grab another AGP card...any card...and try it out. Who cares if the grafics suck...just to see if you can play the games. If you get the same problems with a different card, then somethings amiss in your system. And, when I say another AGP card, I mean something totally different then...

I respect the SFF 3 Musketeers, and value their opinions and knowledge but, using that mentality means you could put a mATX board in a full tower and it qualifies as small form factor due to MoBo size...I vote for footprint...

That sounds kind of dangerous to me, I mean, whats to stop someone from jacking the COA and using the product key if the machine isn't running XP but rather Win 2000, I would think the company could be held responsible...

I just noticed something strange at work the other day, we just got about 15 new D3LL workstations and they are all running Windows 2000 but, the COA and Product key are for Windows XP. Does D3LL and/or all OEM manufacturers preload and register the software with Micro$oft and then the IT guys...

I just got my GTX today and have had trouble from the "Get Go". Drivers from the BFG disc didn't install right so, I unistalled them and used nVIDIA's reference drivers. Control Panel will not open, tried 2 sets of betas, Control Panel will not open. Uninstalled, used driver cleaner...

OK...next question then...those that are experiencing the performance troubles using nTune, is that only happening with the nVIDIA chipsets or is it across all platforms? IE...8800 drivers issues...?

If I understood correctly from reading the [H] review as well as numerous posts here...the 8800 series video card can only be overclocked using nTune. Now, will nTune work on non-nVIDIA chipset motherboards?...ie...I have the DFI RS482 Infinity, will nTune run or is an nVIDIA chipset required...?

Speed wise, your not going to get a lot of help but, go get an Opteron 165 from newegg, they're selling some great steppings right now that do 2.8 - 2.9 easy on stock or close to stock voltage, I just replaced my Opteron 165 that was only stable at 2.4ghz with a new Opteron 165 that does 2.8ghz...

It sounded to me like your monitor was out of range...I mean that the desktop resolution/refresh rate is set in the drivers to a point higher than can be displayed by your monitor. Now, here I am waiting for my 8800GTX so in the meantime, I'm running off of the On-Board video through the DVI out...
